Win the Future Contest x Purist Group Official Rules and Disclaimers
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Participation in the contest constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
1. Contest Description. The “Win the Future” Contest (“Contest”) is an app-based contest for posts created by entrants (“Participant” or “You”) in the Future Faraday (“FF”) app. The FF app is required for participation.
2. Eligibility. Contest is open to legal residents of California who are users of the FF application. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of the date of their entry in order to qualify. Entrants must be present at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive on December 11, 2021 in order to qualify. This contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Contest is not open to employees of Faraday Future and their immediate family members or members of their households. FF app is required for participation. Posts must be made, posted, and tagged by 12:45 PM Pacific Time on Saturday, December 11, 2021, to be eligible for entry. Entries are open to all individual users of the FF app. Your submission cannot contain any content, element, or material that violates a third party's publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights. Your submission and supporting statement must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, libelous or contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, or that promotes hatred or harm against any group or person, or otherwise does not comply with the theme and spirit of the contest as determined by sponsor, in its sole discretion. Your submission and supporting statement must not contain content, material or any element that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulation Your submission and supporting statement must not contain any content, material or element that displays any third-party advertising, slogan, logo, trademark or otherwise indicates a sponsorship or endorsement by a third party or that is not within the spirit of the contest, as determined by sponsor, in its sole discretion. By entry in this contest, you warrant that your submission is your own original work and, as such, that you are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submission and that you have the right to enter the submission contest and grant all required licenses. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that includes a submission or supporting statement that does not meet the submission requirements and restrictions.

4. How to enter. No purchase or payment is required to play or win the Contest. The FF app is required for participation. Entrants must be present at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive on December 11, 2021 in order to qualify. To enter to our contest, post an original photo or video with the hashtag #WinTheFuture on the FF app about what excites you about the FF 91 or a feature from your favorite car that you would like to see added to the FF 91. Participants may enter multiple original photos/videos and there is no limit on the number of entries per Participant however a Participant may only win one Prize. By entry in this contest, you warrant that your submission is your own original work and, as such, that you are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submission and that you have the right to enter the submission contest and grant all required licenses. Post(s) must be made, posted, and tagged using #WinTheFuture in the FF app by 12:45 PM Pacific Time on December 11, 2021 to enter the Contest
5. Contest period. The Contest period begins on December 11, 2021. Post(s) must be made, posted, and tagged using #WinTheFuture in the FF app by 12:45 PM Pacific Time on December 11, 2021 to enter the Contest. The 3 winners will be announced live, on-stage at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive event on December 11, 2021. Each winner will receive a notification through the FF App and must claim their prize in person at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive event on December 11, 2021.
6. Prize. There are three (3) prizes in total. Each prize contains two (2) Suite tickets to a Los Angeles Lakers Game December 12, 2021 Lakers game against the Orlando Magic, valued at an estimated $1,000.00 (“Prize”). No other costs or expenses included in Prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
7. How to win and claim a Prize. Three (3) winners will be chosen in total on December 11, 2021 at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive event, with one winner selected at 11:00 AM Pacific Time, one winner selected at 12:00 PM Pacific Time, and one winner selected at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. The posts will be judged equally based on content, brand awareness and creativity by the FF Community Planning and Strategy Team.

· Brand Awareness: How well does the Participant know the FF brand and the FF 91?
· Creativity: Does the post show a unique perspective or express an idea in an original fashion?
Winners will be selected by the FF Community Planning and Strategy Team and announced live, on-stage at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive event on December 11, 2021. Each winner will receive a notification through the FF App and must claim their prize in person at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive event on December 11, 2021. If a Prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited. Each winner must be present at the Purist x Faraday Future Winter Drive on December 11, 2021 in order to qualify.
8. Agreement to rules and waivers. Participation in the Contest constitutes the Participant’s unconditional agreement to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspect of the Contest. Winning any prize requires that the potential winner of the prize is, and remains, in compliance with these Official Rules. Until a potential winner is verified to be eligible and in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner is, and will remain, a potential prize winner, unless the potential winner is disqualified for not complying with the Official Rules and/or not being eligible to participate in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines is not permitted by law to receive a prize or has not complied with the Official Rules.
Contest posts reposted by FF and Participants on other social media platforms do not constitute any knowledge or sponsorship of the social media platforms, or any other third party, of the Contest. The Contest is in no way sponsored, promoted, endorsed, associated with, or administered by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and/or TikTok. Reposting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, or other social media platform does not imply sponsorship by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok or any other social media platform. Participant fully releases Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram from any and all claims arising from or relating to the Contest. The Contest is further in no way sponsored, promoted, endorsed, associated with, or administered by Los Angeles Lakers.
9. Intellectual property and consent to use. As a condition of entry, You grant sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, create a derivative work from, and publicly display the submission for any purpose, without any attribution or compensation to You. By entering the contest, You consent to sponsor using your submission for any lawful purpose, including for marketing, publicity, promotional, press and media purposes. By entering the contest, You agree to participate in any media or promotional activity resulting from the contest as reasonably requested by Sponsor at Sponsor’s expense, and you agree and consent to use of your name and/or likeness by sponsor for publicity purposes.
10. Privacy notice. By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to the Sponsor’s use of their personal information submitted or collected in connection with the Contest in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy | Faraday Future (ff.com) (“Privacy Policy”), which is incorporated by reference as if re-stated in full herein.
11. Winners list. For the names of the Prize Winners, available after December 15, 2021, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Faraday Future, 18455 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90248 no later than December 31, 2021.
12. Disclaimer of warranties. The Sponsor makes no warranties, and thereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize in connection with the Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such prizes are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, by the Sponsor.
13. Waiver of liability. By participating in this Contest, Participant waives all rights to, and releases and holds Sponsor, and each of its employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, owners, managers (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest, the selection of winners, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; Participants’ failure to receive communications regarding the Contest due to the provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information; technical malfunctions; human error; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or announcement of the prizes. Sponsor will not be responsible for any actions, events, or incidents that may occur relating to or arising from the use of any of the Prizes. By entering this Contest, Participant further waives section 1542 of the California Civil Code and any similar law of any state, territory, or other jurisdiction. Section 1542 states: A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.
14. Dispute resolution. Participant agrees that all matter arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the state of California, United States, without reference to the choice of law principles thereof. As a condition of participating in this Contest, except where prohibited by law, Participant agrees that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Contest, the award of a prize, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of the Official Rules, shall be submitted to and determined by JAMS, to be held in Los Angeles County, California, exclusively on an individual, non-class basis pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures and in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in those Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually and not in the form of any class action or other form of representative action. Participant agrees that, as a condition of participating in this Contest, Participant waives any right to bring any action arising from or related to the Contest or the award of a prize as a class or other representative action.
15. Other conditions. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Contest, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes by technical or human errors that may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time and award the Prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website or to be acting in violation of the Rules. By participating, all participants signify their agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
