By participating in the Faraday Future Referral Program (the “Program”), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below. FF ECO Sales Company, LLC (“Faraday Future”), in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program at any time and for any reason.
The Program
Faraday Future intends to reward and thank its users in the United States of America that refer friends and family to purchase the FF 91. This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another referral program by Faraday Future.
Eligibility for the Program
All users who creates a Faraday Future account through our FF Intelligent App or website in United States of America are eligible for the Program.
How to Participate in the Program
To participate in the Program, you must create a Faraday Future account through our FF Intelligent App or website. Once you create an account, you will receive a personalized referral code (“Referral Code”) or referral link ("Referral Link”), which will also be accessible in your Faraday Future account page. You can send this personalized Referral Code or Referral Link to your friends and family letting them know about the Faraday Future FF 91. Friends and family can use the Referral Code or Referral Link when preordering an FF 91 or confirming their FF 91 order, which will qualify both you and them for a referral award.
Program Referrals
You can earn referral awards for each referral made through the Program. A “Program Referral” means (i) an Faraday Future user who creates a Faraday Future account through our FF Intelligent App or website, (ii) makes a preorder/order of an FF 91 using your unique Referral Code or Referral Link at checkout, and (iii) takes delivery of the FF 91. The referral cannot be added after the order has been placed.
Referral awards will only be awarded for Program Referrals completed using active Referral Codes or Referral Links while the Program remains in effect. The referred friend or family member and the Program participant cannot be the same person.
Earning Referral Awards
Share your Referral Code or Referral Link from the FF Intelligent App or FF Website with friends and family to receive an award for every successful referral. When your referral places a deposit for a vehicle, both you and your referral will each receive the Co-creation Points banked into your FF account. 154,500F will be given for FF 91 Futurist Alliance, 125,000F for FF 91 Futurist and 100,000F for FF 91. These Co-creation Points will be pending in each of your accounts and activated later in the sales process. When your referral makes a downpayment or at 6 months after initial deposit payment, 2,500F for FF 91 Futurist Alliance, and 1,250F for FF 91 Futurist will be activated and yours to use. Upon full payment for the vehicle, the remaining balance of the banked referral award will be activated.
The referral awards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
There is no limit on the number of referral awards that can be earned by you, subject to these Program terms and conditions.
Referral awards are subject to all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. You and the people you referred are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
Good Faith Referrals
Faraday Future introduces this program with the intention to reward loyal FF 91 users for sharing their passion for the products with their friends and family. As such, Faraday Future expects the referral code or referral link to be shared from one person to another, not broadcast or mass-distributed on public platforms for commercial gains. Faraday Future reserves the right to withhold awards and disqualify individuals from the program whom Faraday Future reasonably believes have had acted in bad faith.
Additional Terms
Program and awards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations. Program shall be void where prohibited by law. Ohio and Virginia residents are not eligible for referral program awards. Nothing in the referral program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and Faraday Future or any of Faraday Future’s affiliates. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind Faraday Future and agrees to fully indemnify Faraday Future for any and all misrepresentation.
