By participating in the Faraday Future Employee Referral Program (the “Program”), you are agreeing to these Program Terms. Faraday&Future Inc. (“Faraday Future” or “we” or “our”), in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program at any time and for any reason.

The Program

Faraday Future intends to reward and thank its employees in the United States that refer friends and family that place preorders for the FF 91. This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another referral or referral program by Faraday Future.

Eligibility for the Program

All United States employees of Faraday Future are eligible for the Program.

How to Participate in the Program

To participate in the Program, you must (i) be an active Faraday Future employee in the United States and (ii) create a Faraday Future account through Faraday Future’s website. Once you create an account, you will receive a personalized referral code (“Referral Code”), which will also be accessible in your Faraday Future account page. You can send this personalized Referral Code to your friends and family letting them know about the Faraday Future FF 91. Friends and family can use the Referral Code when preordering an FF 91, which will qualify both you and them for a referral award.

Program Referrals

You can earn referral awards for each referral made through the Program. A “Program  Referral” means a new Faraday Future user who creates a Faraday Future account through our website, makes a preorder for an FF 91 using your unique Referral Code at checkout, and takes delivery of the FF 91.

Referral awards will only be awarded for Program Referrals completed using active Referral Codes while the Program remains in effect. The referred friend or family member and the Program participant cannot be the same person. You also cannot refer other Faraday Future employees.

Earning Referral Awards

Employees are eligible to earn $1,500 for each Program Referral made, and the friend or family member using your Referral Code will also earn a $1,500 credit toward the FF 91 purchased when delivery of the vehicle is accepted. Referral awards will be paid out upon vehicle delivery.  Employees must be actively employed at Faraday Future at the time the referral award is to be paid to receive the referral award. If you leave Faraday Future before your referred preorder’s delivery, any unpaid referral in your account will be automatically forfeited (and cannot be redeemed) and your Referral Code will become inactive.

There is no limited on the number of referral awards that can be earned by employees, subject to these Program Terms.

Referral awards are subject all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.
