Position: Senior Director, FF Par Sales and After-sales

 

Your Role:  

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our FF Par Sales and After-sales department. The ideal candidate will oversee the general operations of Offline FF Flagship Stores, FF Partner Stores, B2B sales, and the conversion of leads generated offline. Additionally, the role includes managing after-sales functions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales Management:

- Overall management of Offline FF Flagship Stores and FF Partner Stores.

- Drive B2B sales initiatives and develop strategies to convert offline-generated leads.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.  -

- Collaborate with the other teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

 

After-sales Management:

- Manage after-sales functions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Develop and implement after-sales service policies and procedures.

- Oversee the resolution of customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. 

- Ensure after-sales service aligns with industry standards and best practices.

- Lead and develop the after-sales team to enhance their performance and service delivery.

 

Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the FF Par Sales and After-sales teams.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

 

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure efficient and effective operations of all FF Par Sales and After-sales functions.

- Optimize processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational performance.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and after-sales management, preferably in the auto sales industry or similar sectors.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and after-sales strategies.

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

 

 

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 DOE
