Your Role:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations for FX program, focusing on strategic planning, supplier management, logistics, and cost efficiency. This role will involve managing a team of supply chain professionals, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and information from suppliers to customers, while also addressing risks associated with global sourcing and procurement.

Responsibilities:
· Supply Chain Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, considering market trends, customer demand, and regulatory requirements.
· Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners globally. Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with contracts.
· Logistics and Inventory Management:
Oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient transportation and warehousing of materials. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and service levels.
· Cost Management:
Analyze supply chain costs and develop initiatives to reduce expenses while maintaining quality and delivery performance. Implement cost-saving strategies and negotiate favorable contract terms with suppliers.
· Risk Management:
Monitor and manage foreign exchange risks associated with global procurement activities. Collaborate with the finance team to develop strategies for mitigating FX exposure in supplier contracts and pricing.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, production, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives. Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain performance.
· Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
· Technology and Process Improvement:
Drive the adoption of technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the supply chain.
· Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations. Assess and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
· Reporting and Analytics:
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance. Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on supply chain metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Required skills and qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
· At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
· Proven experience managing global supply chains and negotiating with international suppliers.
Skills:
· Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
· Experience with risk management and strategies for mitigating foreign exchange exposure.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency:
· Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools.
Annual Salary Range:
($140,000 - $180,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
