Your Role:  

The Project Manager for FX Project will be pivotal in driving the integration of global automotive components and supply chains into the U.S. market, specifically focusing on the development and launch of Range Extended AIEV (All-Electric Vehicles) under the new FX brand. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in project management within the automotive sector, a deep understanding of mass-market strategies, and the ability to navigate international collaborations.

Responsibilities:

·       Project Planning and Execution:

o   Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of FX Project initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.

o   Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, resources, schedules, and budgets for the successful launch of FX vehicles.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o   Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales, to integrate components and technologies from strategic partnerships with Chinese OEMs.

o   Coordinate with external stakeholders, including OEM partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate project execution.

·       Stakeholder Management:

o   Serve as the primary point of contact for all FX Project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that arise.

o   Prepare and deliver regular updates and presentations to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.

·       Contract Management:

o   Support the negotiation and finalization of strategic framework agreements and memoranda of understanding with partner OEMs.

o   Ensure that all agreements align with project goals and compliance requirements.

·       Risk Assessment and Problem Solving:

o   Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.

o   Address and resolve project-related challenges efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables.

·       Market Research and Strategy Development:

o   Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for the FX brand.

o   Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that position FX vehicles effectively in the mass market.

Required skills and qualifications：

• Education:

o   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience:

o   At least 10 years of project management experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on new product development and market entry strategies.

o   Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and working with international partners.

• Skills:

o   Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

o   Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Technical Proficiency:

o   Familiarity with automotive engineering processes and supply chain management.

o   Understanding of electric vehicle technologies and trends in the automotive market.

Annual Salary Range:

($140,000 - $180,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
