Your Role:

As the AI Product Director (Autonomous Driving), you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and delivery of AI-driven autonomous driving products. Your mission is to advance end-to-end large-model autonomous driving development within an open-source framework, accelerating the evolution of intelligent driving. You must have a strong strategic vision and an innovative mindset to drive FF’s leadership in autonomous driving AI technologies.

Responsibilities

· Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of autonomous driving AI products, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI algorithms, software development, and hardware integration, to ensure seamless execution and deployment.

· Research and implement cutting-edge technologies in large-scale models, reinforcement learning, and computer vision to enhance autonomous driving capabilities.

· Evaluate and optimize AI product performance, focusing on system efficiency, safety, and reliability.

· Stay updated with industry trends, participate in open-source communities, and drive ecosystem partnerships to foster continuous product innovation.

Basic Qualifications

· Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· 15+ years of proven track record of successful product development.

· 7+ years of experience in AI product management within the autonomous driving sector.

· Deep understanding of large-scale models, deep learning, computer vision, and reinforcement learning applications in autonomous driving.

· Strong product innovation capabilities and technical acumen to drive AI breakthroughs.

· Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills to coordinate across technical, product, and business teams.

· A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting

Preferred Qualifications:

· PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field in preferred

· A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision

· Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment 

· Experience in the consumer electronics or internet industry 

Annual Salary Range:

($170K - $220K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
