Built in USA.
Benefit the World.
With 12 years of roots in the United States and a total of $4 billion invested, FF is combining global technology integration, U.S.-based R&D, U.S. assembly and manufacturing, and U.S. supply chain localization to accelerate the deployment of its "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" robotics ecosystem in the United States.
A Major Step Toward FF Robotics’ Independent Listing
On September 28, Nasdaq-listed AIxC (FFR) announced a proposed combination with FF EAI Robotics, which could make it the No. 1 publicly traded pure-play “Four-Core Full-Stack AI” robotics ecosystem company.
FFAI has signed a term sheet with AIxC (Nasdaq: AIXC) to bring 100% of FF’s robotics company into AIxC, with FFAI receiving AIxC shares in exchange.
AIxC takes the name FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc., and its ticker changes to FFR.
Once the transaction is completed, AIxC will leave the Crypto business behind completely, and FF’s robotics business will operate and raise capital independently.

Why FF, Why Now
The Industry Window Is Opening
The new policies are expected to shift the industry's focus toward localized production and compliant supply chains. FF's existing EAI Devices currently on the market are FCC-certified, giving FF a strong foundation to accelerate delivery under its existing compliance framework.
12 Years of Roots, a Global Bridge
FF has spent over a decade building U.S. platforms, powertrains, software, factories, and supply chains — while staying closely tied to the world's most efficient manufacturing networks. That combination is hard to replicate on short notice.
Built to Benefit Everyone
For the industry, a compliant U.S. gateway. For partners, a recurring revenue flywheel that compounds as the ecosystem grows. For America, manufacturing jobs, a more resilient supply chain, and the next generation of AI-native talent.
FF is an American company deeply rooted in California, with 12 years of experience in automotive R&D, manufacturing, quality, compliance, and global supply chains — capabilities it can now bring to robotics.
Powered by its "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem, global industry bridge, and scaled deliveries, FF has built an evolutionary flywheel. With FCC compliance as the foundation, new policies further strengthen FF's role as a bridge for mutually beneficial cooperation between the U.S. and other countries.
A Three-Phase Acceleration Plan
From core capability to scaled production to Made in USA for EAI Devices, FCC-required parts, and selected critical parts — a roadmap you can track.
Core capabilities for the EAI Brain, the industry productivity & developer platform, and the EAI Data Factory largely complete. U.S. localization begins, including a potential retrofit of the Hanford facility and site selection for a new plant.
Accelerate "Assembled in USA" for EAI Devices and the parts required for FCC compliance. The goal is to bring the robotics factory into operation within the year and have the first new EAI Device roll off the production line in February 2027.
Continue strengthening U.S.-based R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities, working toward "Made in USA" for EAI Devices, the parts required for FCC compliance, and critical parts capable of driving major advances across the robotics industry.

Education and RoboShare, Moving in Parallel
Building America's First EAI Education Ecosystem at Scale
- FF has built the initial foundation of an education ecosystem that brings together EAI Devices, structured curricula, AI development tools, hands-on robotics training, and teacher support. We have also designed a curriculum framework spanning nine levels and three stages of learning.
- FF has established partnerships with two public school districts in California — Lynwood Unified and El Segundo Unified — covering approximately 22 K–12 schools. Its EAI robotics summer camps have validated the model in real educational settings and gained recognition from public schools, education and training institutions, and education PARs. This has established two entry points into the market: B2B educational institutions and B2C family education. An FF representative has also joined the El Segundo Unified School District's CTE Advisory Committee, contributing to CTE curriculum development and the skills training needed for the future workforce.
- K-12 productivity solution launches September 19, serving K–12 schools, after-school programs, and family education.
- National scale-up is underway, potential education partnerships currently under development across 10 U.S. states.
RoboShare aims to build an "Uber + Turo"-style sharing and operations platform for robots. Its goal is to give robots a second life and unlock their value as shared assets — transforming them from hardware sold through a one-time transaction into a new type of productive asset capable of generating ongoing revenue.
- First paid commercial order closed, including a one-year, $33,000 robot rental order.
- Helped one education customer expand its order from 5 to 23 units — an additional 18 robots sold.
- RoboShare & Co. officially launched, open to five kinds of partners across North America.
- Beginning with Los Angeles, RoboShare will roll out with the goal of gradually building the robot-sharing platform with the largest fleet and widest selection in North America.
